In this role, you will facilitate dynamic learning sessions, leverage technology for scalable solutions, and ensure impactful program delivery. Take charge of the day-to-day operations of our learning initiatives, including administrative support and impact measurement, while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our learning offerings.Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate engaging learning sessions both virtually and in-person on a variety of topics, ensuring positive and interactive experiences.
• Create scalable, tech-enabled learning solutions using various platforms and tools, staying up-to-date on technological trends in learning development.
• Provide logistical support for learning events, including planning, execution, and administrative tasks.
• Collect and analyze data on learning program effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Embrace and drive continuous learning and innovation within client's learning programs, adapting to changing needs.Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilitation and program delivery.
  • Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems and tech-enabled learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively across diverse teams.Industry Experience Required: Prior experience in learning and development roles, preferably within a technology or ecommerce environment.
