Position: Civil Litigation AttorneyLocation: Hybrid - Walnut Creek or San Francisco, CASalary: Based on Experience, $120,000 - $185,000 per yearWe are seeking a skilled and motivated -Civil Litigation Attorney -with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, allowing for flexibility with time split between remote work and our offices in Walnut Creek or San Francisco.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings as required.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to civil litigation matters.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with demonstrated proficiency in handling cases independently.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Benefits:
