    - Schedule Information
    - Weekends and On call(if any): Rotating weekends based on CBA
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Unit Information: L&D
      - Number of Beds: 10
      - Number of Staff: 120
      - Type of staff: Day Shift - (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Charge Nurse, Unit Clerk, Scrub Tech, RNs based on patient census
      - Night Shift - same as above
      - Patient Ratios - per CA Title 22
      - Type of equipment - EMR - Meditech/CPN
      - Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Deliveries, C/sections, other L&D OR related cases
      - Best personality Fit: Team player
