Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Liaison to promote
and educate patients on medication management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key
health information
Manage the patient assessment process to grow business and maintain
referral relationships
Partner with the Clinical Services team to complete medication
therapy management services
Required Qualifications
Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
Ability to conduct business in English and Spanish
Home internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
EST
Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months and
completed training sessions
