A company is looking for a Client Success Director, Health
Plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the client lifecycle for health plan clients, driving
onboarding and engagement
Develop measurable goals and business outcomes in partnership with
health plans
Deliver business reviews showcasing client progress and
demonstrating value
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer success or account management,
preferably in health plans
Experience managing national and regional health plans across
various business lines
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple clients simultaneously
Understanding of data and key metrics for client success
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all
organizational levels
